fricking shocking.

They aren't. When comparing equal trims, the 450 is around $2k-$4k more.

Baw got took for an extra $40k, market isn't super crazy for essentially a loaded out 350 with a different badge. Dealerships are being extra scammy acting like every vehicle is seeing 1000% increases in demand.

They really are selling them for that much, I'm assuming with a hefty dealer mark up. There's a 2022 F450 Platinum and a Limited on Ebay for near $120,000.

Hell they have a 2022 F450 work truck, single cab, stake bed with a lift gate and they want over $90k for it.

Yep, that is about right on a F-450 right now. At least for a nicely trimmed out one.

Biggest (and best) delta between an F-350 and F-450 is the 450's widetrack front end. That makes the 450's turning radius way less than a 350's. A lot less.

The Platinums don't sell for a whole bunch more than the Lariats these days. The Limited I mentioned I just realized is used with 1300 miles.

Even still, tack on TT&L to a Lariat and it's not hard to exceed $120,000 on these.

No, just no. You can go buy a Lariat 450 right now for sticker to around $2k over. Hell, even if I look at the outlier one listed that is $12k over sticker, it is no where close to $120k.

These things are expensive enough without making up absurd numbers.

depends on how much tech you want. My 22 lariat is 15k less than my BILs 22 Platinum.

I'm not arguing with you that you can maybe find one a few thousand over sticker, simply that they are pricing, and selling these, well over $100,000 and people are still buying them.

Show me a Lariat priced over $100k that sold.

To which I will again say there's pretty much no chance it's legit. It either is not a Lariat, or OP's buddy is lying about the price, or he's leaving out that it's some conversion package thing.

It's so bizarre that yall downvote this Let's say it's $121k out the door, which almost no one talks about vehicle prices that way, but whatever. Pull out 9% for taxes, that's $10k. Pull out another $1k for dealer fees (high number, but we're being conservative here). Pull out another $1k for title and license (high again). That means this truck sold for $109k, which is almost $30k over sticker. No one is paying that kind of markup on super duties. Literally no one.

bigger wheels and tires, front axle is wider than a 350 and they only come with 4.10 gears I believe. This isn't a ride around town daily driver. The only people that buy them are the people that need them to pull campers, goosenecks, etc. i don't think that has changed. They ride like army tanks with no load.

I'm ready to sell a 2018 Ram 2500 Hemi crew cab/long bed Laramy edition. 157K Miles and in great shape. Brand new transmission 20K miles ago.

What would you all suggest I price it at besides 350? I already know Blue Book. I'm looking for current market pricing suggestions.
