Strong polarization on this topic is what's most insane.
I'm a strong, athletic, weight lifting guy.
I choose to eat high quality meat, usually grass fed. Bison, beef, chicken, fish.
But I love going to a vegan place and getting a sweet potato falafel, or black bean burger on occasion.
I have frozen black bean and hemp burgers in my freezer because they make a great lunch sandwich or late evening snack.
What's truly remarkable is how 'political' this topic is.
Most red-tie and straight guys think vegan food is like voting democrat or sucking a dick.
It's a shame.

And that's shamefully narrow minded, but it's validated across society by people who are truly controlled by the Hegelian Dialectic.
When eating a bean or sweet potato burger, or loading up on vegetables instead of eating meat every lunch and dinner, is equivalent to sucking cock, then that's some seriously deep rooted psychological trauma to a society.
