How'd y'all go from vegan food to sucking dicks so quickly

You realize the entire produce section is vegan food, right?

There is benefit to not eating meat for lunch and dinner everyday
What are the benefits? I'm being serious.
You think it's a good idea to eat a full serving of meat for lunch and dinner every single day?
Common sense would tell you that's likely not how the human body was intended to consume food.
Diet is a massive topic with many different schools of thought, most of which have some validity to them even if it contradicts another school of thought that has good points.
I'm not going to draw a detailed tree with every single branch and twig, which is how this type of conversation can go.
It's not a great idea for digestion and intestinal health, your bodies ph levels (meat is acidic), among a laundry list of reasons it's not good to do at every meal.
What kind of meat are we talking about anyway? Red meat? Grass fed/finished meat? Chemical ridden nearly fake meat?
For someone looking for a specific answer, you weren't very specific.

This board is full of closeted homos. The only OT 10 is a dude for Christ’s sake.

There is nothing wrong with gobbling up a giant black schlong... shite, I mean tofu dish occasionally
The problem is the people (like you) who get some sort or self imposed sense of moral superiority over people who tend to avoid vegan options. Then you get your panties all up in a dick suck about it.

In the OT’s defense, the only person who kept bringing up sucking dick was the guy who eats dick...sorry, the guy who eats vegan food.

You're generalizing and also being ignorant to the side of the fence you sit on.
I'm not on either side.
I think it makes sense to eat quality and whole food above all else, both meat and what is labeled vegan.
There isn't anything morally superior about that.
It sounds like you're bitter or triggered because you may be unhappy with your own diet choices over the years?

Agreed. Processed frozen hemp burgers ain't that. You just like to tell people you eat hemp burgers.

Breakfast, too. I don't know the last time I had a meal with no meat at all. Obviously, that's not all that I'm eating.

I buy beef quarters and whole pigs from some farmers I know, and I have it butchered. I don't really eat chicken unless I am frying it, and I do it so little that I don't care much about its origin.

OP seems like the type that just started diet/exercise and is very happy with the 7 pounds he's lost in the first 3 months on the diet. Only 83 to go!

How pissed are you that you're a closeted homosexual?

I guess good for you?
If that's what you wanna do, go for it.

I'm just trying to figure out if I'm missing out on gainz by eating meat all the time.

I answered his question.
You're quoting the follow-up reply.

You'd like to gain muscle or maintain a good muscular build?
You don't think a meal with almond/peanut butter, a plant based protein supplement, a bean based meal, etc would provide that? Especially when you're also eating meat during other meals?
