You'd like to gain muscle or maintain a good muscular build?
That's actually a good question. I've gotten up to 215 from 185 over the past 18 months, but I'm unsure if I want to go for more.

You don't think a meal with almond/peanut butter, a plant based protein supplement, a bean based meal, etc would provide that? Especially when you're also eating meat during other meals?
I mean, I'm sure those are fine substitutes. I just don't see why I would go for them when I can eat bacon, sausage, tongue, cheek, or whatever.

I choose to eat high quality meat, usually grass fed. Bison, beef, chicken, fish.
The boss chicken does not eat grass. Fact.

I guess you're in the process of getting yourself off by having a fake conversation.
Lil' bit weird, but whatever you gotta do.

Yeah but did you miss the bison? He eats bison.

*Limited person forgets to process the context in which we're talking about eating both meat and plant based protein sources*

Best comment is the one in this thread on the food board which begs the question "where are you getting grass fed fish?"

What kind of meat are we talking about anyway? Red meat? Grass fed/finished meat? Chemical ridden nearly fake meat?
For someone looking for a specific answer, you weren't very specific.
Yea eating a steak for every meal is probably not good for you but rotating between beef, pork, and chicken cooked different ways, and then rotating seafood in there is definitely not bad for you.

You're trolling right? Because if you act like this in real life you would get the shite kicked out of you

Generally people in real life aren't triggered to physical conflict over the suggestion that meat eaters could benefit/enjoy mixing vegan products and meals into their diet.

Still waiting on that picture

But dare suggest that it is necessary, or even a benefit at all, to mix vegan products into your diet, and you will really see some fireworks.

That's generally what I do..
And even though I do it, I don't think it's the best idea for the 'best' health.
I will also have a bean burger for lunch when I know I have a NY strip thawing for dinner, or really enjoy stopping at a vegan place when I'm in an area that has a good one and treat myself to sweet potato falafel.
The idea is that too many 'meat' eaters are like literally afraid of 'vegan-things' because to many it falls in line with progressive politics and homosexual acts.

Um, yeah, I don't think that will trigger people to throw a punch.

I like how you threw these two together

Which is why asked what we're wagering.
It doesn't bother me that some dude online thinks I might not be in shape..
Why would that bother me?
Especially when I know the truth.
If I post a pic on this forum proving that I'm in great shape I'd want there to be some kind of shame/embarrassment or monetary compensation from you.
