Just sharpen one of these up, set it, and then do squats over it until the problem resolves itself.

EDIT: Goddammit, I got caught by a shithead bumping an old thread. He DEFINITELY needs to follow my advice.

They came in and had to shave my chest. I kid. It wasn’t bad at all. The doc gave me the choice between a Valium or paying a little more and going with Nitrous Oxide. I chose the Nitrous because it doesn’t stay in your system long at all. The Nitrous was a great option and I didn’t feel much pain at all. However I did start hurting on the way home. So make sure you bring an ice chest with frozen peas with you if you have a long drive home or want to stop by the pharmacy on the way home.

Ok homie. It was going to cost me $50 but costs me $650 in the end. My story (the 'short' version):
Saw the doctor. Grabbed on my rocks. I kept my poker face on. Scheduled me for a month later. Gives me a vallum to take 1 hour before the procedure.
The morning of I take the vallum. Wife drives me and we sit in waiting room. As I wait I feel nothing but sweat from nervousness.
My name is called. I take the walk and step in the freezing cold room. Doctor tells me to get ready and lie down which I do ....stiff as a board. He comes in with his young female nurse. He taps me on leg and says "loosen up." He brings the light over and says "this stuff is gonna be cold." (yeah it got even more cold). NO VALLUM YET. He pulls out a needle and says "this is gonna hurt. You can scream, you can cry, but don't move." He jabs my right rock with a 25' long needle and fire injects my right rock and entire right leg. I scream. I cry. I sweat. And I pass the frick out. I come back to life. He gets mad, throws the rag on me and said "I cannot do this. You are too uptight and nervous." Then he and lil nurse walk out and my wife comes back. She asked me what happened and I explain that I am dying.
Then the doctor comes back in and says "I can do this at a hospital with you under". At this point I get furious. I say "why the heck didn't you tell me that was an option?". He said, "when you came in for that first visit you seemed fine. You didn't flinch."
So we schedule it for 2 months out. I am walking down the hall half dead on my right side. I feel half the man I used to be at this point. Of course everyone is staring like I just got my rocks cut off. Which in a way I was supposed to do. As we walk to the car the vallum kicks in. Good ride home.
I ended up getting the procedure done at the hospital two months later. And please do rotate the frozen peas after the procedure. I made the mistake of saying "this isnt bad and didn't use the peas." It hurt like heck for 3 days longer than it should have. So baw. Do it. But if you are a pu$8y like me with needles tell them you want to be out for this procedure.

What a bitch you are.

It wasn't that bad. 10 minutes in and out.

Any after effect stories?

Mine was pretty terrible, but having epididymitis a few months prior didn’t help. The initial procedure wasn’t bad (other than feeling the local go into my nut), but a lot of soreness and pain a week afterwards. Then a month later, had a 4am emergency room visit whilst in extreme pain... woke up the next morning with swollen balls and bed ridden for a week.

Other than that, been an awesome sixteen years shooting blanks

Edit: they gave me a shot that looped me up before the procedure... got done, and according to my wife, we walked by the nurses station and I said I wanted to go to McDonald’s to get a shake. She asked why, and my response was “so I can dip my balls in it” (courtesy of the 90’s sketch comedy The State). She said the nurses cracked up... she wasn’t as amused.

Anyone experience decreased testosterone levels after the procedure? I'm mid-30's and very active. Any slowing down in the gym or playing sports?

I’m in my 40’s now. So yes some, but nothing that is of concern. You will be fine.
And 95% of dudes can go through this procedure with no issues. But me and needles don’t mix. I can watch myself get burned, skin pulled, but a dern needle makes me pass out. I don’t know why.

I think I rather just keep having sex with women that either A) can't get pregnant, or B) are too old to get pregnant anymore (so basically A). Right now banging a 51 year old and get to raw dog and jizz inside. That's the life... frick getting a vasectomy.

It's fun being 33, but not sure how I'll feel about wanting to have sex with women my age when I'm in my 50s.

That's what the vasectomy is for.
