nicotine in and of itself is not horrible for you. It's all the other stuff in the smoke that is terrible for you. Not vaping is probably slightly healthier than vaping, but vaping is miles healthier than smoking.

Vape. Nicotine doesn't cause cancer, it's the tobacco that screws you up. Being addicted to Nicotine is like being addicted to caffeine. Vape away baws.

Better tell your friend to be careful....there have been a lot of the vaping devices exploding on people.
Burn units have seen several really bad burns from exploding vaping devices. One girl had hers between her legs while driving and it exploded....resulting in horrible burns to her crotch and legs.

Yes. Yes. Vaping is douchey. I don't disagree.
But as a tool to quit smoking it just works. You walk into a good vape shop, tell them how many cigs you smoke a day. They will suggest a nicotine mg level equivalent. You pick a flavor you like. Then if you are honest with yourself step down the mg amount of nicotine in your vape juice every time you go in or at a set time span. I went from 12mg vape juice to 0mg vape juice. Then decided to just stop because it was a waste of time, money, and i hated the added responsibility of the habit.
if you want to quit smoking cigarettes i would highly advise going this route of using Chantix. Both work in my experience.

This all the way and I'm a non smoker.
I do not mind the massive white clouds of water vapor. Smells like clean pussy compared to cigarette smoke, which smells like smelly arse.
State minimum for Marlboro Red is now $63 a carton.
