Let’s get this straight.
If someone builds a commercial building with commercial parking spots you have to abide by rules such as handicap spots painted blue, reflective yellow paint, etc.
Cities can let any group of the week paint something on a street and all of a sudden that is allowed?
When someone drives over it and messes it up that is now a hate crime?
