I work with a guy that I assume wears a flat bill from the time he gets out the shower to the second he gets out his truck to get out the office. Because of this he has creased a line all the way around his head that resembles a bowl and his bangs flip up. I cannot understand why he does this? Can anyone here shed some light on the situation?

He probably likes wearing a hat.

I have a harder time understanding why you really care.

That's the guy you need to talk to about coaching your son.

You're the one that works with him, so maybe ask him.

Sometimes when its really humid I'll wear a beanie at the house to tame/dry my hair while I get ready. But you can't tell afterwards.

My thick hair can really afro out if left unchecked in hot humid weather.
