I love how they all scream about systemic racism, but so far the only solutions provided or discussed are hilariously arbitrary. If racism is so pernicious, then there should be obvious answers available for implementation.

I have a level head with everything going on I feel like.
I get the outrage. I don’t like the riots but I understand it. I get the cries for change.
This is stupid. Blm doesn’t want equality they want superiority and this makes that obvious.
