Yes, I understand that. But how does that undermine my question about how he will control these children when most parents can’t even control the two or three children they raise in their home?

They don't stop being American citizens when they are sent back to China.

I understand it quite well. I’m just puzzled how that Chinese billionaire is going to control these children he hardly knows. They are more likely to hate him. Elon Musk has got to be as smart as this Chinaman, and he couldn’t stop his kid from transitioning to a chick.
So instead of calling me naive, can you explain why he will be more successful than Elon and most other parents?

I don't live in China. I don't know how they do it, but those people are completely brainwashed and they have complete control of them. These are his children being birthed by surrogates. He can take those children back to China, raise them there, and have a nice little group of American citizens on his hands.

He’s going to raise a couple of hundred kids? He won’t even know their names much less be able to control them once they get to America and can actually live whatever life they want to.
