We nearly lost the Fitzgerald to a damned container ship today.

How in the hell does that happen? It's not like a cargo ship of that size is all that maneuverable. Was the Fitzgerald at anchor?

I was always scared when we steamed into Hong Kong Harbor or transited the Straights of Malacca. Skectchy at best.
