This is also meant to send a message to younger war criminals and potential war criminals. We'll hunt you along as you live.

Feel free to find anywhere where I have said what you claim.
I'll wait.
But since you won't, why don't you discern the difference between a war criminal Nazi living in plain sight in America for decades and someone merely crossing the southern border.

I don’t get all the hate on here for this move, frick the nazis get him the frick outta here
So if we find some 100 year old Russian that had a job at the gulag, or some ancient chinaman that participated in the purges there...should we spend money to send them packing too?
There aren’t enough problems without chasing impotent bogeymen?
frick if it’s that big a deal just shoot Opa in the head and be done to it.
At 95 being made to start over is a death sentence anyway

Don’t get me wrong, this guys participation in this shite is atrocious but it was literally a lifetime ago. Are the Dems so worried about headlines that they’re shipping an old man off to die elsewhere?
Optics. Democratic theater.

Except really, the war criminals are free to do as they please unless they are a special type that certain groups want to punish

He could have crossed the southern border too. And there are plenty of people that have committed heinous crimes in this country that walked across the southern border.
Again, you are a fool.

If the United States was really interested in seeing war criminals brought to justice, the architects of Vietnam, the Iraq War and the War on Terror would be prosecuted. Those employed by the CIA would be prosecuted. Those in government who aided and abetted war crimes committed by our allies would be prosecuted. But that would mean nearly the entire American political establishment would be prosecuted, so they go after this 95 year old in Tennessee who has less blood on his hands than every Presidential administration since he's lived in the United States.

WoW! i guess they showed him. I swear at some point these witch hunts by the liberals has got to stop right?
What is amazing is that you scrolled past numerous posts that very clearly point out that "Liberals" didn't have a damn thing to do with this, and yet you still posted this. My frick, it is clear some of the people around here just can't read, or need to be wearing a helmet all day.

Pretty easy for you to say.

Speaking of Boss, the original Hugo Boss was a member of the Nazi party and designed the Uniforms for the SS, SA, and Hitler youth.

Tough shite, he still did what he did. Instead of paying for what he did he lived a cushy life in America unpunished for the hell he helped put people through. You think no sentence is appropriate?

Interesting the very limited scope of "war Criminal" as it's being defined.

The time to punish him was in 45. Or 55. Or 65. Or 75. Or 85
He immigrated to Canada. They didn’t see fit to hang him, apparently.
Then he came to America. Didn’t see fit to hang him here either.
Should we go through your life when you are 90 something and say “well you got away with this when you are young, now it’s time to destroy your life for it.”?
Statute of limitations. Hang me or let me be. I’m an old man and I’m sure the pain on my soul of what I’ve done I’ve suffered for.
Again, you aren’t up in arms at all the other war criminals that got away with worse.

His participation wasn't "cultural" like 'Xi's in China?
