I say everyone in America calls in a take-out order to any restaurant that has the word "Happiness" in their name at exactly 15 minutes before closing time and order a #7, with extra yum-yum sauce, and a house fried rice with shrimp on the side. This will drive them crazy and they will give up.

Some context for the map in the first post... About 10 miles south of the area it was circling is a decommissioned nuclear power plant. 20 miles south of that is an active nuclear power plant. There is absolutely nothing to see in the area it was circling unless you're scouting for a summer vacation spot or a spot to go ice fishing.
