So in actuality this table means nothing. Scores are manipulated.

This is the definition of racism and division.

This is why I hate paying higher and higher school taxes.

It means the states at the top of the list are doing a better job of teaching their students than the students of similar backgrounds are being taught in other states.

Taking blacks out of basically any production structure will make it exponentially better.

My class did their poverty in louisiana presentations today before our discussions & debates, and here's their top reasons Louisiana has led the nation in poverty for as long as anyone can remember.

1. not enough jobs
2. too many low paying jobs
3. racism
4. income inequality
5. limited opportunities

We. Are. So. Fricked.

On a happier note, you shouldhave seen the looks of shock and awe when they were hit with nuggets of wisdom like:

"if the best job you can get is $13/hour at Mickey D's, then you shouldn't have 5 kids",
"it's probably not smart to start popping out kids like a slot machine if you can't financially support yourself", and
"instead of complaining that MD doesn't pay enough, why not get an education or learn a skill or trade that allows you obtain a higher paying job"?

These retards have NO CONCEPT of personal responsibility or accountability. The sooner we carve up the good ol USA, the better.

Carve up into a few red/blue countries. Let the Left be soft on crime, have DEI in full effect, and give everyone free shite - i'll live in one that has 3 strikes laws and operates on meriticracy.

** And allows cops to mag dump with impunity if you run or flee.

Demographically adjusted?

Nothing has changed about the grading system. When Louisiana and Mississippi were 48 and 49th in education it was graded the same way. Both states have done a remarkable job of improved elementary education and it is showing up in the numbers.

The systemic issue is they come from generations of people who don’t value an education and depend on Uncle Sam for everything.
