How much would it cost to break the lease and could you pay it without putting yourself in a serious bind financially ?

Having to stay until April ‘27 with the conditions you describe sounds miserable.
Otherwise get some AirPods with active noise cancellation.

Whiskey or Gummies will work and cheaper than breaking lease.
You can record an average night and use in small claims court.
