I’ve been in the market for a new car and have settled on a BMW. I initially looked at the 7 but the 5 seems to be far more reliable. I suggest comparing the two and see if a 5 doesn’t suit your needs.

Maintenance will eat you up. BMW mechanics go in dry.

Dad just got a brand new 740i. It’s gorgeaus, and quite the machine. I like it more than his previous A8L.

In last 6 years, went 740il to M6 and now M850i. No problems with the 7, just too big and floaty on the road for me and I like to drive fast. Get the extended warranty. Whoever said S class is silly. Totally different cars from a drivers perspective You either like driving BMW or you don’t.
