he was just involved in an a really bad accident that almost killed him within the last 24 months. he spent a long time at the hospital

Bugattis are pretty much an investment at this point, unless of course you wreck it.
ETA: And someone may as well say it, that's a Veyron, so the article is misleading when it says "new." New to Tracy maybe, but not new.
