Beryl seems to be one of the good ones

I often see that she actually goes to places around the state to learn about issues and events she's expected to deal with as a legislator.

I assume the water at the top of the picture is the river back water flooding and the water at the bottom is the normal Bayou Chene flow?

Long term environmental impacts are typically positive for the areas that flood.

its rolling pretty good from BR to Nola. almost looks like white water rapids in some areas
