Outside of New Orleans, this is probably not a bad idea - at least around April 9th.

Didn’t post it to get any of you fired up. Could be pure bullshite but I know that teachers in some parishes are currently having a conference call with administrators for a possibility of happening.

They did the opposite here and just closed down until April 24th. I think they were originally closed through 4/3.

Not happening before April 13. I don't see opening before May 1st. As far as loosening social distancing standards, opening schools will be last.

Until we have a solid treatment plan that keeps ventilators freed up, schools should be the last thing to open, unless the idea is they all turn into boarding schools.

Before the sequestering my wife and I went to dinner and sat next to a couple who’s kid’s name is Rhyker (it was on his baby bag). I thought of the OT Lounge.
