Hackleburg and Phil Campbell both took direct hits from the F5 on the day Tuscaloosa got rocked.

That area is bad news for big storms unfortunately.

Instead of turning north on 31 in decatur, he kept going on 67 towards priceville. I guess he's going to go up 65

Yeah I think he mentioned as much when he was on the phone with someone earlier that he was going to 65

If he's trying to cut it off, he needs to take 72 to scottsboro and hope it crosses. He's way behind now

Baws, it was close. Touch and go for a few minutes. Had some hail, high winds, and probably 2-3 inches of rain in just a few minutes. No power.
When your town is mentioned with a tornado coming at you, it gets a bit hairy.
