My company is nothing but a bunch of rich spoiled Mississippi Delta blue blood white folks and no one gives a frick about being politically correct and I love it.

On the flip side of the OP, my company let go a hyper progressive chick this week. 
I don’t celebrate her being fired in any way, but she was really bad at her job and extremely toxic. She was friendly and very intelligent but just a bad fit. My boss is pretty moderate (his wife is hyper MAGA) and another coworker and I are conservative but keep our rhetoric in check. There’s another lady that’s pretty liberal but we get along since we respect each other. Fired lady made a lot of disparaging comments about Trump, Abbot, and people who didn’t cower at home during the virus.
I would say that politics didn’t get her fired but nothing was ever her fault and it just wasn’t fair that she wasn’t getting results that her job required.

I received an email from a company earlier this year about a job opportunity. I read it, really liked the job description, and knew it would probably be a pay raise. Then I got to the end of the email and saw that the guy who had sent it included his pronouns in his signature. I immediately responded thanks but no thanks. I can't imagine how much the work environment would suck at a place where the recruiters feel the need to put their pronouns in their email signature.

Good for you. As I said yesterday in another thread, I really can't wait for all of these corporations to really put into practice diversity for diversity's sake and watch as they each retract those policies or go down in flames once they start to be surpassed by companies that aren't doing the pandering routine.
