They do this crap because of racial discrimination lawsuits. It's all risk management - they don't give a rat's arse about any of this social justice crap.

Federal Courts are literally clogged with these frivolous discrimination lawsuits, and most cases are decided not by the trial theatrics you see on TV, but the pre-trial discovery and motion process.

They effectively have to demonstrate they aren't racist to prevail or at least avoid substantial litigation costs. So how do you demonstrate you aren't racist? You go 'woke', print some meaningless pamphlets, put a few token minorities in positions of authority (especially HR), hire a Chief Diversity Officer and force your employees to undergo sensitivity training.

When you are served with the inevitable racial discrimination lawsuit, you have an arsenal of documentation to defend against allegations of racial animus.

If an important corporation, he'd have nothing, and have to sue.

He'd have some explaining to do, likely uncomfortable enough for those looking to hire him, to pass on his candidacy.

The black community as a whole just can’t help but make it nearly impossible to NOT dislike them. That issue isn’t exclusive to blacks either.

All I do is go to work and mind my own damned business, yet mainstream society constantly makes it out that people like myself are horrible people. I’ll admit, I’ve grown to have my views of many minority groups sour as I’ve entered my mid years.

And of the myriad of reasons to dislike blacks and gays, actual race and sexual orientation don’t even factor in.
