***Update in OP*** I quit my job today, never felt better in my life

I worked for a large corporation for the past 10 years. Since May, the non-stop left wing propaganda emails have been nauseating to say the least. About a month ago, I received an email stating that I need to sign up for “racial sensitivity training.” I began looking at the other names on the invite, all were white males.

I questioned my manger and was told that it is being done by design, all white males in the company will go through this training. I laughed and went about my business, never signing up for the 6 hour long bull shite fest.

Today, my manger walks into my office asking why I didn’t sign up and that the training is tomorrow. I said “because I’m not listening to left wing bull shite about how I’m a terrible, racist and privileged person for being born a white guy.” I was told if I don’t attend the seminar, that I would be terminated. I simply said “well frick it, I quit.”

As I started packing my things, my manager began to crawfish. Saying “woah wait, I didn’t really mean that. You probably wouldn’t be terminated, but it will look bad on your record.” Little did they know, I already signed an offer letter on Monday with a new employer, and planned on turning in my notice tomorrow.

Update:
Since thelawnwrangler wanted an update, I started the new job. All is well. It’s nice to be in a working environment where people actually speak to each other and seem to have a good time.
