Take a Tylenol or something, that should help with the fever. If you don't already take vitamins, start taking vitamin D and maybe zinc & vitamin C, but I take vitamin D and a multivitamin (along with B12, but I don't think that can help if you have Covid). And that's pretty much all you can do. Get a lot of rest.
You know your body better than anyone, if you start to feel bad enough what you think you need to go to the ER.. Then listen to your body.

Another real answer- I had it in Aug, mild flu symptoms w/ low grade fever for maybe 2 days followed by Fatigue for a week or two. I took Alcaseltzer cold & flu gel caps (daytime & nighttime) to treat the early symptoms which seemed to help, especially the nighttime for sleep.
