*Update* I do have COVID

Symptoms started today, fever 100 degrees, dry cough body aches. No congestion or sneezing is what makes me think COVID. Getting tested tomorrow. Should I take an NSAID to break the fever? Seems to be some confusion whether this could incite a cytokine storm.
Anyone else who had/has it? How’d you fare?

Had it mid July.
Had lost of taste/smell for a week, heavy fatigue for 3 or 4 days. Would get winded easily for about two months after the fact.
