Have a friend call the dad as a new customer and mention they need a fence repair too. Then get the friend to get an estimate for the fence repair, have them served when they show up for that.

OK so finally got the father on the line.

He was none too pleased to have been painted as an angry boozer by the son and claims he hasn't seen him since he got the money.

He's offered to do the fence for the cost of materials and promised to show up tomorrow morning at 8am w/a contract.

Really what ended up working was just calling the dad's number over and over until he finally picked up. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt b/c he sounded like his kid has fricked him over before like this and just doesn't have the heart to cut him off completely.

I was able to trace the second number the kid gave me to some girl but the dad had never heard of her and gave a different name for who he thought was his kid's girlfriend.

If he doesn't show I'm going to go ahead and give y'all the numbers b/c I'm still having trouble nailing down an address for this little shithead. Thank y'all for the help. I know I didn't give y'all much but you guys really did help.
