Let's assume for a minute that she honestly didn't know any lives were lost. She obviously knew how bad the flooding was. She had to know of the destruction that would likely result from it and that people would lose their homes etc... Her statements reflect that she would still think they deserved that. Her PR person didn't do a very good job.

well…that’s an actual apology. She did not say it was unintentional, that she was hacked, that she’s sorry if anyone was offended, or that she’s just sorry she got “caught”. She apologized fully and completely.
