She is getting the book absolutely thrown at her. I do feel bad.
A lesson to be learned, while traveling to other countries, double-check and triple-check you are aware of their laws. For many countries outside of the U.S., if you break the law, your arse is grass.

I am not a fan of hers by no means, but this is harsh. She should have also known the laws of the nation she was going to.
I also believe that if America makes a deal to get her released, we should also release prisoners in American prisons that are in their for the same charges

Think of how grand the scale the lack of accountability is for Leftists. Their position is that a business (WNBA) that would operate in the red if not for being largely subsidized by the NBA, should grossly overpay market value for their employees so said employees would not have to break laws in foreign countries.
I would venture to guess that based upon their actual market value WNBA players are ALREADY grossly overpaid. I have daughters. I'm all for women's sports. But there is very little market for professional women's basketball in the US...no matter how much the NBA, ESPN, and other MSM outlets say otherwise.

In some states because it is considered more concentrated. Not all states consider it a felony. I know TX and FL do. The same with wax but no one is getting 9 years for a small amount.
