He probably killed her. But everyone on here that is saying this is a provable fact are full of it. From what has been released to the public, there is just as much hard evidence that she was abducted by aliens as he killed her. I do not know what happened. All of you people that do know, beyond a shadow of a doubt and have proof, should feel obligated to contact the FBI and local police to help them solve this mystery. Don’t be selfish and just post it on an anonymous message board.
Like someone else mentioned, when Payton Houston disappeared in Birmingham, 99% of the people commenting on it had already determined that the people she was seen with on video in the bar surveillance video had abducted her, murdered her, and hid the body. They had solved the case and the only thing keeping them from executing the guilty parties were the pesky police that insisted on an investigation. When in fact she had left with the people in the video but of her own accord, they had not murdered her, and she died instead from a self inflicted overdose.
I do wish all you internet sleuths that are so enlightened would do your civic duty and contact law enforcement.
Speaking of overdosing, could that have happened here? They seem to be into drugs a little bit; both if them had pictures and allusions to drugs on their social media pages. And drugs seem to be a big part of life for a lot of “hippies”.
I will wait for all the folks in this thread that know what happened to tell us whether this is in fact true or not.

If the police are to be believed, then yes. I guess they could also Baker Act him for being a danger to himself, but they would need evidence that he intends to kill himself. That would lock him up for a couple of days but wouldn’t help their overall search for Gabby.

Seems more likely they let him go to get away from the intrusive media and then haven’t been able to get in touch with him for 3 days which scared them enough to contact police and file a missing persons report.

I go back and forth on this. I haven’t seen anything concrete saying that he did or didn’t have a gun so all we have is speculation.
On one hand I could see him being an immature, naive moron who slept in sketchy areas for several months with no protection. On the other hand I could see him being a secret monster who has one for nefarious uses. I don’t know.

uhhh didn't you notice? They found an empty pistol case. Case closed, dude is obviously a cold blooded killing machine. No need for conjecture about any other scenario other than he intentionally killed her and he's on the run.

If all it takes is gun ownership to be declared a killer, I’d look like the world’s most deadly serial killer if they searched my house.
