Does this mean with his hands specifically? Or just something around the neck? Just wondering if a rope or something else was possibly used or if that specifically means he only used his own arm and hands?
the coroner said that he couldnt say if it was by hands or an object.....
Now....I wonder if her dead body was ever in that van or if he killed her and left her body right there where he did it

he did mention that this is one of many cases across the country involving domestic violence...speculation that he slipped up by saying this, because it would obviously point to BL as the murderer...

There’s 100% something there. Whether or bot it’s actually a hand or some coincidental issue with the lighting/shadow is another thing. Or maybe just simply some type of small animal. Nobody knows but there’s definitely something there.

I was wondering what if he just hid in Attic when they came in ? Like when they did search were they just looking for some things or did they check everywhere even the attic. They leave and he is back in the AC chilling watching TV.

As a parent is do anything for my kids, no matter what, so I can somewhat understand the parents harboring him if they believe that it was some sort of fight that just got out of hand and he wound up killing her in a fit of intense rage, then felt terrible and needed his parents’ help. Problem is, after this much time it becomes inexcusable. I could see a few days to get an attorney lined up and formulate a solid defense but this much time? If that’s the case, they’re just digging deeper and deeper (no pun intended).

That doesn't tell us much of anything in regards to time of death.
It's pretty well documented from the last sightings of her on 8/27 & the records of BL hitchhiking around their campsite that she was killed late 8/27 - early 8/28.

Looks like a bottle of lotion or something. Maybe trying to tie some type of residuals found on gabby when choked possibly
page 436 when they went back to house and collected some type of evidence in brown bag.
Since she was strangled, I think it's almost a certainty that at some point his DNA was under her fingernails. How long would that DNA remain viable as evidence?

She was likely murdered within hours of that footage IMO.
Agree. Maybe the reason for the door closing was to conceal her body until he could dispose of it during the night

that's crazy. its like coming from side like reaching around mud through the "border" of the garden. lol.

Her body was exposed to the elements for weeks. If she were manually strangled, wouldn't more neck bones and cartilage be damaged than if a ligature were involved?
Could she have met a more attractive man (duh) or woman (got to not make assumptions)? Could they have gone for a walk and she didn't return?
After weeks of exposure, how could there be any evidence left at the site where her body was found? The winds up there could remove or deposit stuff.
Did the say anything about toxicology screens?

This is the weirdest theory yet, on BL’s location. I don’t really know what the heck I’m seeing on that video.
It seems strange to me that his family would take up gardening in the fall (isn’t that usually a spring thing) a couple days after their son goes missing and their future daughter in law is found dead. Seems like a very weird time to start a new hobby.

Maybe they just see all the supply chain issues that Brandon started and figured they better start growing some veggies if they want food this winter.
Or maybe they’re hiding their murderous son beneath it.

Yes, that looked like he would have been in a bunker under the grass and reached out of a storm drain (garden dirt) like Pennywise.

Biggest problem I have with that theory is where did they put the dirt? I’d think if the police had found a pile of fresh dirt somewhere when they searched the property, that would’ve been a huge red flag. Then again, we are talking about Florida law enforcement here. Or was the FBI who searched?
