I always thought he was a nasty piece of shite, even when his tv series was very poular, but if he helps find this guy, I'll never think that again. In fact, if he's into this because he truly cares, rather than for publicity, then I was probably already wrong.

Is Dog the Bounty Hunter just making stuff up to add to the drama?
The only news I've heard about his investigation was that the Laundrie Family went camping at Ft. De Soto 9/6-9/8 and he claimed they left without Brian.
Now there's a counter report confirming that all 3 left together. (Although this came from the family's attorney)
Was there ever any proof that only 2 left the park or was that just what Dog told everyone?

He is not. He is a genuinely nice guy. At least that is the impression I got.

I have no idea. I don't keep up with this as much as some of you do. In fact, this thread is where I come for most of my info about it.

This. Don’t forget Youngblood. Dog needs his driver and right hand man.

He has a heart of gold. You can truly tell he cared for the people he had to bring to jail and wanted to help them get their lives together.

I got no problem bringing fugitives in, and when I was young I was busted myself, but I didn't run to avoid paying.

I heard Youngblood betrayed the dog

He's literally the one who uncovered that fact.

Some things I have learned this week. Tim and dog are not actually brothers. Lyssa is now in a relationship with a women.

This true, Dog figured out that the Laundrie family went camping for a weekend after they claimed they went camping for the weekend. That is the only evidence the Dog has uncovered. At this point, the Dog has only supported the Laundrie family version of events.
Also, couple in the camp ground took a selfie and there is a bigfoot type sighting of BL right before there was another bigfoot type sighting of him in Mexico.

Brian Laundrie hitch-hiking in Wyoming.
So on August 29th, BL got a ride from 2 different people to get back to the van at their campsite after "hiking alone for days". Looks like he got back to the van on evening of 8/29 and then started heading back to Florida. He was back home in Florida three days later on 9/1.
I think most can assume that Gabby was killed on 8/27. That's the last day that she was communicating with her mom, but the same day as the suspicious "help Stan" text. So what was he doing away from the van? A weak attempt at creating an alibi?
Last text to Gabby's mom was on 8/30 that said "no service in yosemite", but safe to assume Brian sent this once he left Wyoming. They never made it to yosemite, but he sent this to buy more time. While he was back in Florida, her parents assumed they were camping in Yosemite with no service.
Note: he also used her debit card between 8/30-8/31.

Off topic but I don't get the fondness for hiking, but I grew up in the countryside and got plenty of walking around in woods when I was young. I also don't camp anymore. Screw going out, swatting bugs, dealing with heat or cold, sleeping on the ground, when I could be home in a nice comfortable bed, with air conditioning.

none of the other photos looked like BL to me. but the selfie at the camp just looks and feels like him even though it is so far away.
of all the pics we have seen of his travels, the selfie pic has the same look and feel of what BL looks like. JMO.

I realize he could be dead from other causes, but if he was going to off himself he'd probably have done it where he could be found.

They still haven't found this guy?

Maybe he is dead. But he was alive when he went the park with his parents from 9/6-9/8 when that photo was taken.

My money is someone has him in an attic somewhere. He isn't camping in the woods.
