You can have negligent (possible in this case) or justifiable (doesnt apply here but exists).

I hope they find this a-hole soon so we can talk about some new shite

Then what were they? Why the big secret?

Is manslaughter murder?
Is an accident automatically classified as murder?
Is self defense murder?

This statement is about as dumb as Lee's insistence that the FBI would find the guy on cam,
Nothing is as dumb as that. Maybe I should have said that old baw possibly went in, with preconceived notions?

what i posted was from a newsnation reporter who got the info directly from moab PD...no second 911 call, and a written report from a witness which does not include much of the info received from the 911 call.

Its not uncommon for the authorities to not release details early in an investigation.

None of those are murder. Manslaughter is the most plausible of those 3 in this case.

That's better. I don't necessarily buy it, but that is at least reasonable.

I am familiar with that concept. Pittter patter, let's get at 'er.

Thought so

its pretty reasonable to not want this information known and wanting to get brian to tell his version of events before publicly announcing a manner of death to the public. Clearly, i agree with roger, something was obvious about the state of the body they found.

nope.
They were camping in the van. He drove off to 'town' to get supplies and she stayed there to enjoy the yellow colors of fall.
Some of the other campers in the area came over, got too friendly, went for a walk across the creek, she slipped, crackerd her head on a boulder, and the camper dragged her to where she was found, behind brush, not visible from the road.
He comes back, and she's gone. Gets told a story that she's left with some guy who's a stud who's going to take her into the lava pipes in Idaho. He hangs around waiting for her to come back. She doesn't. He leaves.
There are lots more assumptions that could be made. And only with multiple working hypotheses might some of them approach the truth.

Then you and Roger shared, yet again, the same opinion. What I seek are facts. He has already proven he has no interest in talking. Maybe he will call if he changes his mind?

Go look up the definition of homicide and let me know what it says.
We went through this yesterday or Tuesday.
quote:
Homicide is a legal term for any killing of a human being by another human being. Homicide itself is not necessarily a crime—for instance, a justifiable killing of a suspect by the police or a killing in self-defense. Murder and manslaughter fall under the category of unlawful homicides.

What case?
I’m not the one that is claiming a murder occurred.
My case is a defense against Chad’s claim that a murder occurred

I seek the truth. You are choosing to use facts as a discourse to argue about truth and reality. It's fricking petty.
