This thread is a better read when you get here and just skip the unread pages, go to the most recent page and see the same arguments playing out, and check back in an hour or so.

Some people are going to lose their minds arguing about trivial details before this clown is found. Some already have.

They bring a dead girl to the pathologist and say "Here's a murdered girl. Do an autopsy." Of course it is ruled homicide, even though they could not glean what kilt her, or how she died.

They had already been told what to rule. I still think he killed her, but have not seen the proof, or cause of death yet. So that he killed her is just my opinion, at this point.

Or, she had obvious wounds.

True enough, he accidentally killed the girl he has been having domestic incidents with, and has now disappeared.
Is that better, retard?

All of the murderer defenders trying to ruse up debates at this time should be banned.

It is completely reasonable for all to assume at this point that Brian killed Gabby at this time. Any thoughtful approach that begs to differ would then include the part where Brian tries to give his side of events through a lawyer in a way different timely manner than what has occurred nearly 4 weeks ago. To his own doing, there is nothing else left to assume. He murdered her, he's on the run, his parents are being non cooperative as well.

Of all the dumb "blame Covid" excuses that can be imagined, this is right up there. Maybe they should have let them go, but Covid has nothing to do with it.

You don't think so?

Every PD across the country has been practicing catch and release for nearly two years now. If you don't believe that practice has influenced the decision making of those police departments you haven't been paying attention. Factor in that these were two people from half way across the country, and I can promise you it influenced their decision making process.

Well intentional murder or an accidental death have always been a combined like, 95% chance at minimum.

You can have negligent (possible in this case) or justifiable (doesnt apply here but exists).

This statement is about as dumb as Lee's insistence that the FBI would find the guy on cam, but tell the public it wasn't him as some super top-secret double reverse end around mindgame bullshite.

yes...i just read that the 911 call was made to grand county sheriff's dept, but it was moab PD who responded to the call, and it is unknown if moab PD actually had details of the call...it also appears now that it is unknown if the caller and witness were the same person...they are supposedly doing an internal investigation

In body cam footage the cops clearly discuss the 911 call that described seeing Gabby slap Brian, Brian push Gabby away, and Gabby climb through the driver's side window. All of those details were confirmed with testimony from Gabby and Brian on scene.

The second caller who claims that Brian was beating Gabby and chasing her down the street either called in at a later time (was there a timestamp on the transcript?) or called a non emergency number possibly.

Towns that size typically have shared dispatch for city/county.

Kind of hard to fault the cops on scene as they were going with the information they had at the time, the 911 call that saw the entire escalation not just a snippet like the transcript guy.
