71 people a year go missing in the Grand Tetons? Does that strike anyone else as a huge number?

Not only 71 a year, but indigenous only.

Yeah, that number seems insanely high. Even if they are counting WY, ID and MT in their entirety for being "In the same area".

I have followed this case very close but I have seemed to miss the water bottle reference. Can someone explain exactly what BL said?

The police kept offering Brian water because it was a hot day, he kept politely refusing before finally telling one of them "look, I don't use plastic".

In that same hour, Gabby had went through 2 bottles of water and a Gatorade.

They leave and she ends up dead two weeks later.

Did they release a time of death?

Not yet but I’m going to go out on a limb and say she died the day or day before that TikTok couple picked him up hitchhiking!

Yeah, WTF is up with those numbers. Surely, that isn't true?

Of course it isn't true. It's a made up "fact" from the infamous Molly Jong-Fast to support her "Missing White Girl Syndrome" propaganda.

Search crews in Florida looking for Gabby Petito’s boyfriend Brian Laundrie wrapped up their efforts on Tuesday without any sign of the missing man.

Headed by the FBI as part of a criminal investigation, the hunt for Laundrie resumed in the vast 25,000-acre Carlton Reserve in Sarasota County a day after local police had abruptly ended their efforts.

“Search of the Carlton & nearby lands concluded for the evening. Nothing of note. The current plan is to return Wednesday with a similar operation,” North Port Police, which is assisting in the investigation, wrote in a Tuesday night Twitter post.

I said it the other day. Are reporters not at their place of work trying to interview people? And nobody has said anything?

The reason you haven’t heard about the indigenous missing is bc the Native tribes have purposefully chosen to handle it internally and don’t want publicity or outside help.

How hot was it in Teton County, Wyoming on August 12?

Edit: or rather in Moab, Utah?

I wonder if they are using drones with thermal imaging or whatever to look for him in that reserve? If ol' Troy Landry and dem baws can find a python in the Everglades with it, surely it would be helpful in finding a sweaty, nervous white dude.

Maybe they mean they went missing for like a day and then were found?
10% find the day they are reported missing, 50% found within a week

Currently 10 missing

They don’t stay missing. It’s a misleading stat.
