I'm sure somewhere in these 230+ pages that I'm not reading it's been discussed but what is the fascination with this case? People go missing all the time and end up murdered. Is it because she's a cute blond?

I think knees saying if the lawyer knows they are alive, they have to speak up. Lawyer didn’t speak up, therefore he knew she was dead.

Oh, no. Maybe I worded it incorrectly in my previous post. He is absolutely NOT compelled in any circumstance whatsoever to disclose anything his client says. Now, in a case of someone being in imminent danger, he CAN, if he chooses, break the oath, and just maybe not be disbarred or shunned by the legal community. But out of obligation, no.

You omitted the fact that he took her keys to her van and LOCKED HER OUT of her own vehicle while he “tried to leave her to (ostensibly) let HER cool off”
Call me a weirdo but locking someone already mentally unstableout of their vehicle 1000 miles from home might actually have the adverse effect of ‘cooling someone off’
