That depends on electronic evidence, but yeah unless BL was stupid, basically.
If this body was just out in some field and not buried, etc., it's going to be interesting to hear the theory. For someone who allegedly drove 40-45 hours home and was so rational and cold with his decision-making after the fact, leaving the body just out would be wild.

I never once said that BL was justified in killing her because she was an abuser and he was not.
I never once said that he wasn’t himself an abuser.
I stayed that we DID KNOW that she was an a suer because she admitted it herself.

This is going to throw a curveball into the group calling her the abuser in the relationship...
I rewatched part of the video from them being pulled over last night to see how he was behaving.
It's probably case of "yeah, you say that now." but I wouldn't be shocked if he's a controlling abuser.
She reminded me of a victim that has been manipulated by her abuser into thinking that the abuse is her fault.
Just an opinion from rewatching part of that tape. I'm not trying to say that it confirms anything about the guy.

Hitting a partner on purpose would count.

If he just left it out, he could just say he didn’t know what happened to her?

And the majority of people in the comments feel the same way, but on the OT we are all “woke”

Missing persons.

Does a pattern have to be established for one to be an abuser?
Can you have a chronic abuser?
Can you be a liar if you lie once?

what are your thoughts on how we came to be here?

Because they have a world view and contort reality to fit that world view. When humans make their mind up it can be a magical thing, where any amount of evidence is not enough. If you believed he was an abuser before that video and then saw the video that showed she was the abuser (in that situation), you're going to twist it to fit your beliefs.

I have a serious question for the thread:
How many of you have ever known a couple who were both just equally nasty and violent toward each other? A couple who, on any given day, could fight and that fight could start from the smallest, most insignificant of things and be instigated by either person?

Of course, but you can't charge the guy with anything or prosecute him without a body. Hence why they immediately executed a search warrant once the body was found.

I don't understand the issue with claiming both of these people were abusers in the relationship. She is on camera saying she hit the guy. We have this 911 call claiming he was hitting her. C-all of the above can be applied here
