He’s had plenty of time to come up with his self defense case. I lose hope in that theory when he didn’t tell his lawyer he was running away.

We have zero evidence that he has shown interest too. So he didn’t tell his parents that she was dead? He didn’t tell anyone? If his parents knew she was dead and didn’t say anything, even if it was an accident or suicide, what does that mean?
Judging by everything that has unfolded, what do yo think?
Unless he’s THAT smart, he obviously at least told his lawyer who then told him to stay quiet. Assuming he’s innocent.

Other than BL parents claiming he was back Sept 1..it seems her parents acknowledge this as they’ve never disputed it. Furthermore, you must think that his parents would have wanted him to contact HER parents upon his returning IN Her Van Without Her.
So far no one is disputing his return on Sept 1...them apparently being aware of it because HER VAN is back home at the parents house.
(Am I making a leap of logic in assuming BL parents would see to it that BL told Gabbys parents he was back? Yes)

25% think he may left her crazy arse and something else happened to her.
But I will say that this is based purely on my own thought. I am objectively remaining open to any possibility and will not be surprised by anything. I am not automatically convicting or assigning criminal charges to anyone, especially the parents.

I wonder if the parents made a large cash withdrawal within the past few weeks. If he's on his own I doubt he can do much operating on credit cards at the moment.

I think this requires more. I think a higher % than 50 feels that the most likely scenario is that he intentionally killed her. It's the betting favorite. In this cohort you also have the people who believe 100% that he killed her with no variation (Roger, crimson, etc.)
As you go down, the belief in each new scenario gets less and less certain and it becomes more of a longshot, but each cohort allows for more potential scenarios.
