At a press conference to announce the filing of charges by prosecutors, Palm Beach County state attorney Dave Aronberg went into more details about the case as well as answering questions. The charges are first-degree misdemeanors, punishable by up to one year in jail, a $5,000 civil fine, as well as a mandatory 100 hours of community service and taking part in an education program on the negative effects of prostitution and human trafficking.
“We made the decision that enough evidence exists to file charges in all 25 of these cases,” Aronberg said.

Deadspin

Also note 5 minutes into the whole Press Conference the DA has stated that the Prostitution Sting has yet to produce any Human Trafficking charges. So far it looks like the conditions of the Spa were enough to be suspicious of Human Trafficking to conduct a Sting. Nothing is found as of yet, just Prostitutes.

With the release of those documents, Kraft’s name is now connected to “Male 13,” whose actions were anonymously described along with those of 25 other men in Friday’s probable cause affidavit for Orchids of Asia owner Hua Zhang. Here’s what it has to say about Kraft:

Kraft has also been identified as Male 8, which accounts for his second count of soliciting prositution. Yes, he went twice in less than 24 hours:

I think the DA is disappointed that they couldn't pull from the $67mil allocated for Human Trafficking operations to send in Liam Nielsen to fight Prostitutes.

Amazing how Florida is almost always the epicenter for these types of alter-universe events.

That's because Florida doesn't have a pan.

It's two panhandles fused together.

Hence, a whole state of panhandle behavior

Prostitution should be legal.

Chris Rock said it best - "Selling things is legal, fricking is legal, selling fricking? - illegal."

You're paying for her to shut up and leave with no strings attached.

I love that he has a team of lawyers denying he did it, will probably file suit, and drag this out forever. Man just pay the fine and go on with your life, no one cares that a widowed billionaire got a rub & tug, no use paying attorneys to make this more expensive.

Don’t these uber rich guys have access to high end call girls who would undoubtedly be preferable to the skanks at a strip mall massage parlor?
