That haircut and pretty little smile are going to score him some good friends in Orleans Parish Prison

Oh and I'll go ahead and call it now.... knocked down to manslaughter, 5 years with time served so by that time it'll be 3 years, 2 of which will be suspended and he'll spend 1 year in the slammer and 4 years supervised probation. Bank on it.

Depends on accuracy of woman beating

Nothing substantial to add here. I just want to say I keep having to look and see his name when I see people referring to him as “Ward” to remind myself if that’s his first or last name. Not everyday you come across someone with three names which could all be either first or last names.

If it turns out she's the only witness she could get some pretty sweet revenge by her testimony. Then again, she's probably sorry she made him mad and forgave him the past few times. If there aren't any other witnesses its going to be hard to prove any intent whatsoever. This will be plead down because it will be treated like your basic fight in the quarter with 2 people at fault. There's a decent chance he could actually walk.

what are you talking about? Nobody has even confirmed there was a women being beat, much less that the imaginary women is a main witness

Serious question: Supposing this guy walks or does minimal time, would you hire him to be your latex salesman?

I work with these people all the time but don’t know Garrett. He must of had an “in” for commercial real estate sales with Latter and Blum. Sucks, his career is over.

If Jackson family is broke I’m sure a settlement can be made where Garrett will have an easy if any sentence

Thought it was discussed earlier that settlements can’t be made in these cases?
Really don’t know, just asking.
