New Orleans clothing store/company. They make the Mardi gras rugby shirt everyone has or has an imitation of.

It says he’s being booked on suspicion of second degree murder.
Is that the same as being booked on second degree murder?

he went to the hospital for clearance and they said there no scratches on him?
If you beat a man to death, I would think there would have been blood on you somewhere or swelling’scratches to his knuckles.
Can any of his friends give us an account of his knuckles? Were there warning signs for the victim, like, look at these knuckles, you're about to enter a world of pain??

They have to officially file charges. So until that's done, it's only "suspicion of..." .

This meathead Frat Boy tool should have known better at 25 years of age. And that's the bottom line...

Don't know either side. Just I know knuckl3heads like this guy and kind of feel bad for him.
It always seems though, in this city. When the crime is black on black, "ain't nobody seen shite", when it's white on black 10x the amount of actual witnesses come out.
Kicks to the head would seem to me to take a lot of anger. I can see myself fighting, I can't think of a reason I'm going to kick a guy in the head.
frick like 40 pages on. Long arse thread. No cliffs?

Waiting on the corrupt Orleans Parish Cororner to come back with an autopsy confirming homicide.

I think his lawyer really fricked up by not advising him to not dress like a preppy, entitled white guy in the mug shot.
Other inmates see that shite.

Also, the not refused bit.
I know a guy named Arthur, he was Rummel c/o 94 so some here may know him.
He was a "good-bad guy", anyway he had medical problems from an accident and had got in a fight. He was arrested and died of his injuries in jail. His parents sued because they didn't go to the hospital with him.
Oddly enough his former best friend and schoolmate Wally died a similar way. Sad ending.
