good, let's never say a drunk driver "murders" someone again

There's a reason the crime of vehicular homicide exists.

Here's a hint...it has to do with intent.

He’s a young upper class kid sitting in OPP for killing an older black man. Of course that being white is going against him. He had a target on his head before he even turned himself in

Who goes to OPP besides people awaiting trial for felonies? Surely they don’t house misdemeanor perps in there.

Just occurred to me, I bet the old man was a crazy, aggressive, skitzo type. I have encountered several of these ppl in my life that have provoked fear at times as well as anger especially when I was with a GF of mine at the time. frick people like that personally.

Maybe this is the case here and unfortunately the white kid reacted negatively bc he drunk/high.

We need to wait for the facts before wanting this kid to be charged with murder.

I’m thinking the 60 yr old was a black dude and Garret over defended himself because he didn’t want to be another statistic. The main thing Garret has going against him in this case is he’s a white dude.

Found the racist.

What was your acquaintance in OPP for?

Fighting in the Quarter, along with meth in his pocket while doing so.

You go to OPP for pulling your dick out on bourbon, it’s everyone that doesn’t have a felony charge or doesn’t have money for bail

Yeah they do, or at least they did about 10 years ago. But the misdemeanors were housed separately. If you were booked on felony charges, they put a red band on you and brought you to the 5th floor. Thankfully, I never made it that far.

You do understand the situation you presented is second degree murder in LA, right?

Gotcha. That makes sense. No way they were going to house DUI guys in the same area as guys awaiting trials for murder.

I bet the felon section of OPP is worse than Angola.

They could easily catch this kid if he took off. But only if they wanted to I suppose
