They don't really need witness statements to figure out if the guy was kicked in the head while on the ground. The doctors could clear that one up.
Yes, as well as cameras

I think there is a good chance he kicked the guy in the head. I just dont know it yet. And I put witness testimony a peg above unicorn farts

So you ignore when I said since it was on the warrant, they likely had other reasons to believe the witness was right...

He isnt getting anything expunged that would be meaningful here (assaulty, robbery, battery, etc etc)

I dont think an old MIP or drug charge would matter here.....

From the NOPD Broadcastify archives, it sounds like the altercation occurred in or in front of the Red Zone Liquor 2025 St. Charles and was found in the Copeland's parking garage.

He could've had an assault arrest but the case was dropped for whatever reason...

On the warrant it says they arrested him based on the witness testimony of being kicked, and the coroner saying he died of blunt force trauma.....

I'd say the medical personnel ruling that he died of bleeding in the brain due to blunt force trauma is pretty evident.

Hmm no possible way the coroner's report could have confirmed he was kicked...nope witness statement is 100% false. They got a warrant based on false information

I think he has been in jail several times for drug related offenses, probably several weeks or months at a time.

You honestly dont think hitting your head on pavement can cause brain bleeding?

A man accused of throwing the punch that led to the death of a 23-year-old man from Ayer, Massachusetts, over the summer will answer to the charges in court next month. Maxwell “Max” Fleming, who witnesses say hit his head on concrete after being punched, died after spending a week in the hospital.
