I doubt he'd admit to doing it doesn't mean he hasn't tasted the old chocolate starfish

Police are reporting he kicked the guy in the head twice when he was already on the ground. What could be a redeeming reason for doing that?
Police are reporting "witnesses" told them that

Witnesses also said joe mcknight was on his knees pleading for his life as he was shot.......

Hopefully there will be cameras in this case

How many 60 year old guys are out violently robbing people in parking garages? Even in New Orleans, your average violent criminal is 18-40ish.

Because his family moved to Texas when we were all in high school. He has since moved back as that was a decade ago. Not really sure why this info is relevant but it’s all listed online

I draw the line in posting pics/info or links to direct information. But vaguely discussing a local guy's ties to university, social groups, high schools is absolutely normal for OTers. If people share shite that's too close to home like his mom's facebook pics for example, just RA it to get taken down. Some OTers are more retardeder than others.

yea I'd probably stop supporting my buddy after he killed a 60 year old man in a drunken rage. one decision shouldn't always define a person, but in cases like this, it does.

just calling a spade a spade. I said likely, not definitely though. He kicked him in the head after he was down and it directly led to his death. Not a stretch to say he likely murdered him.

And the other thread had plenty of evidence to show he's probably guilty too. Again, not a stretch to think a guy who followed and beat someone for cutting him off probably murdered someone else who cut him off.

I never said he was violently robbing him

I simply dont think a 25 year old college graduate with no criminal past randomly decided to murder someone one night in public

Quickly dispelled and wasn't included in the arrest warrant like this witness statement was.

Did the victim have a pre-existing condition that led to death, when a normal healthy person would've survived injuries (wouldn't matter much in court, I'm just curious)

This would matter in court. This is exactly how the guy I mentioned earlier got off. Hillar argued that a pre-diagnosed heart condition led to his death, not the beat down he received in the Pep Boys parking lot.

What were the cross streets where the murder went down? I’m sure most properties in the LGD have secirty cameras.

I don't know anything about this guy, but is he pretty big?

I do think that society in general, and especially message boards and youtube comments, overestimate the amount of gang rapes and the power of prison gangs although it is clearly an element in SuperMax prisons.

I also think that released prisoners who make videos, books, and offer consulting services to those who may be going to prison have a tendency to make things sound worse than they are for their own personal financial stakes.

However, I fully believe gangs, fights, and the occasional sexual assault are a part of life in Angola, San Quentin, etc., although it is more for those who are seeking or drawn to that kind of life.

There was a guy who did 10 years in prison in NY who wrote some columns for Deadpsin, and they were interesting bc of the lack of constant rapes and fighting. He said the majority of the prison bitches were guys with big drug debts to the predators in prison who had to pay off their debts in some way. If they couldn't get cash from their visitors, there was only one way to repay debts...
