UPDATE: 8 year old neighbour has now gifted me Keychain

Young Abby has left hand-written notes under my door about once a month inviting me to her lemonade sale, her baked good sale, and now her sticker trading event.
I always miss her knocking on my door (or maybe she doesn't) and then she's never like outside or in her garage, so I never go over. Today's note makes it sound like the event is in her house.
I want to polite, but I'm also sensitive that I'm a single man in his 40's and I don't want to look like a creep going over to an 8 year old's sticker sale. Plus, I really dig her chutzpah and entrepreneurial spirit and would like to give reinforcement to that and not have her feel discouraged by no response.
I wrote the below letter (aside her invite) but thought I should get approval that it's not totally weird to send this.
Would you send this letter or is that creepy?
PS her mom is tasty AF and reminds me of Chanel Preston just as an interesting side note.

Your overuse of the word "lad" is weird.

Thanks i edited that part out as it probsbly wasn't as relevant as I initially thought

Actually seems like a nice and appropriate response, Sir Winston. Also couldn’t hurt with your prospects with the mom.

That is heckin pedo vibes lad.

Sorry. It's not a troll though and I thought it was an interesting dilemma. Am genuinely curious how I should handle it.
If I do nothing am I discouraging a young girls entrepreneurial spirit?

Did you really just tell on yourself when in a few weeks we learn of an eight-year old named Abby that's disappeared?

Good note.....make the next event. It won't be creepy if the parents will be there. How's the mom looking?

Really cute and sexy. She's a stay at home and her husband seems like a good dude - he runs his own business and so i imagine his daughter has that in her blood.

I don’t care if this is BS or not, i will bite.
There are good people in this world and you can go about things without being creepy or a POS.
That little girl is being sweet and so let her be. She likes you and that’s a wonderful thing. Inviting her into your house by yourself would be one thing but if she is trying to give you nice little things or sell you stickers or drawings or whatever she thinks is gonna make you smile, then you do that and make her smile and be excited about it.
That little girl doesn’t see the world like adults do so let her be happy and happy that you have such a sweet little neighbor like that
Every time my neighbors kids come by to ask me to buy whatever the school sale is or their activities, i always do because i know that makes them pumped and they win little stuff at school for selling things.
Just be a good neighbor

I just drop a Jackson in their mailbox with a note for her. I’m sure it would make her day.

Your note does not come off as creepy.
I would have probably just given her the money without requesting stickers in return, but that's just me.

I was thinking about that - but I remember back to when I was that age I'd be flattered to get to pick for the customer

That's exactly where I'm coming from, mate. It's a shame that society and all the terrible stuff we hear makes situations like this appear tough to navigate. It should be cute and fun and part of being good neighbours as you put it so poignantly.

I’m on mobile and had trouble reading your letter but what i got was nice.
Cruise by and see what the scenario is.
I buy whatever kids are selling at their little stands. (I don’t go in their fricking houses under any circumstances) that’s creep af and you are gonna die.
You can’t just give them money. Thats a fricking participation trophy and teaches them they might as well panhandle.
Make a point to buy a lemonade though.
