Thats the part that I find most fricked up. Italy's ambulances are outside the hospital ready to transport and give him care, but the U.K. judge won't let him leave. Sadistic shite right there.

Here's a counterpoint from a medical ethics perspective. I'm not saying I'm an expert or taking sides bc I don't know much about the case, but this gives a more sober response that highlights the issues at play.
