Read on fb by Spencer Gremillion that they were in the port side engine room. Sorry if this was posted and I missed it.
So many prayers for all.

God bless
Having worked offshore for years, this is our worst fear!!! We worried more about our family and friends than ourselves. We did it bc we could, and bc it PAID!!
God be with those lost at sea..
No roses grow on a sailors grave.

More prayers sent up for the families and friends
a South Louisiana legend in so many ways. Not only did Mr. Otto start the Grand Isle Tarpon Rodeo, his name is synonymous with NHRA during the 60’s ~ 90’s. Paul Candies and Leonard Hughes won quite a few Wally’s with Mark Oswald behind the wheel.

2 more found dead as divers explore Seacor Power
The bodies of 2 more crew members of the Seacor power have been found by divers this afternoon.
Seacor contracted commercial divers from Donjon Marine Company. They were diving on the capsized Power lift boat and today found the bodies of 2 more crew members.
This brings the death total to 4 in the incident, which occurred on Tuesday. So far, 6 have been rescued, 4 have been found dead and 9 others are reported missing.
The identities of the new victims have not been made public.
"Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family, friends and loved ones of everyone involved in this tragic incident," said Capt. Will Watson, commander of Coast Guard Sector New Orleans. "We are using every asset available to us to continue our search efforts."
Donjon divers have been on the scene since this morning. The divers had to stop diving due to weather mid-morning, but returned in the water in the afternoon.
The divers will continue to work throughout the evening, weather permitting and rescue work is scheduled throughout the weekend.

Yeah. I've never heard it called that.
It is the Greater Lafourche Port Commission's Harbor Police Department which includes both land and water patrol.

Which side of this thing is out of the water? Two were found port side and some are saying that is the side out of the water.
Is it or can y’all tell??

I believe part of the port side is above water. Maybe the half towards the bow.
Only judging by some pics in this thread.
Not sure exactly at what point the port becomes the stern.

The port side is out of the water I believe. However, the port side engine room is submerged. Port means left side and starboard means the right side. The stern is the back of the boat and the bow is the front of the boat.

I know the cook that was on there well and he hasn’t been recovered yet . There is the possibility they had two cooks if it was a 24 hr operation but with only a total of 19 POB including boat crew I doubt it was a 24 hr operation. Sad situation and terrifying to think that there is a possibility that a couple of people could be slowly suffocating in an air pocket. That was a SOLAS vessel designed with air pockets if watertight doors were secured properly underway.

Was the port side engine room our best hope for survivors?

I have no idea but two people were discovered there and I think we’re assuming it was the two that weren’t able to be rescued by the CG on Tuesday. I can’t say for sure.
I do wonder — Spencer Gremillion explained that they likely went back to the boat as weather prevented their rescue. The CG reportedly gave thyme radios and life jackets. If it’s too windy/seas too rough to rescue them, how do you precisely drop radios//jackets?
Don’t mean that ugly — honest question.
I don’t see additional updates from overnight on rescues.

I’m kinda surprised that the coast guard wasn’t able to figure out how to get to the vessel for 3 days. I don’t know enough about the specifics of the situation so I’m open to change my mind but my initial reaction is one of surprise/disappointment.
