About 30 years ago I went to a house party. It got crazy. These 2 girls brought drugs. They got high and 1 of the 2 girls had sex with a guy at the party. Right after the sex she freaked out. Started making all kinds of accusations against the guy. Everyone took off and left my friend, the homeowner, alone with these girls. I stayed behind to help my friend. He offered to give the girls a ride home. When she was on the way home the girl lost her mind in the car and was dropped off on the side of the road in the middle of the night. This was by her request. That was my last time hanging out with any of those guys again. It was a hot mess. These girls called the police and nothing came of it. One of them a stripper and the other a bartender at the same club. I learned my lesson about hanging around certain types of girls and even guys.

Pretty simple concept. Don't have sex with a girl who is completely fricked up drunk. Just don't do it.

Like many dumbass, criminals, leaving digital evidence behind always cracks me up whether it’s a voicemail or going on Facebook and bragging about a store you robbed… but this is next level to brag about raping a girl to your friend over voicemail? What a fricking retard.

This story sounds awfully familiar. Was this in Tiger Town and was she hit by a car?

Surprised there aren't any fake rape accusation charges on the books.

More like every night.

Kids get drunk and frick....shocker. what amazes me when a girl can't remember, why its auto presumed she didnt consent. She doesnt remember...maybe she was very aggressive for sex to happen. On the flipside, maybe he did commit a crime.

Such a bad way to ruin a bunch of lives

Guy is a prick for putting her in hallway, if he did. Who knows
2 kids, both completely hammered, leave a bar and go back to a fricking frat house? Other than the actual sex act, at what point does a girl become responsible for her decisions?

Drunk dialing / texting is not some new concept and it’s not crazy to think that some drunk dude who hooked up with a hot girl, bragged to his buddies about it while still drunk. That doesn’t prove rape. Not saying that’s what happened here, but it’s crazy to me that some don’t even consider that as a possibility.

If she didn't remember, that means she was not conscious enough in her mental state to consent in the first place.

Getting Raped is a fair consequence of a girl drinking alcohol?

No. You don't know what is the context of her getting shite faced. Or if she was drugged. He fricking lied to her. He lied to the police. He knowingly took advantage of an unconscious girl most likely and then possibly passed a STI to her as well. You are a disgusting piece of shite.

I’d imagine there are a fair number of cases where the girl slept with a guy that was not considered “cool” or whatever by her friends. Or, the circumstances were not considered cool (ie too soon after meeting or in the bathroom etc). Or, the girls boyfriend finds out. Etc…

The girl then tries to repair her decision by playing victim.

The story is written pretty shitty. but the "rape" happened on april 2nd. she reported it april 9 and hernande was brought in for questioning on april 15 and on april 16 they found the voice message. so I am assuming he didnt admit to sex until the 16th at which point they had the tests done according to this:

quote:

After persistent questions, Hernandez admitted that the two had sex. After learning of this, the victim had a sexual assault kit performed, which resulted in the positive test result of a sexually transmitted infection (STI).

I think in that timeframe you could probably get gonorrhea or chlymidia in urine... but any others probably wouldnt test positive in that window in a blood test.

Are we 100% sure that is what happened here? Maybe it is, and the dude should pay dearly.

But alcohol does cause us to make poor decisions. About 25 years ago, I ran into a friend at a bar and he introduced me to his female friend. Male friend left and me and the female hit it off and we went back to my place and hooked up. We were both moderately drunk but not "blackout drunk", no drugging was involved, and we went to sleep after.

She woke up the next morning and asked if we had sex. I said we did. She got upset with herself and said she had had a problem in the past with drinking and hooking up and she was trying to stop, but apparently I was a "relapse". She was embarrassed. She got dressed, I took her to her car, and I never heard from her again. I was deathly afraid that she was going to accuse me of rape, but apparently she was actually a decent person who took responsibility for her actions and didn't blame me.

The point being, alcohol takes different people's brains to different places. It is highly plausible that a girl in that situation can just be embarrassed and try to project the blame to the guy because that is the easy out. I am not saying that happened here, but you also can't totally dismiss it until all the facts are known.

why did you not lie to her like the OP raper did lie to the victim and then to the police?
