The recidivism rate is probably 85%. They'll likely be bailing momma out again in 2019

$1,000,000.00 / 188 people means they are spending an average of $5,319 per bond. With a bail bond being 10% of the total that means they are bonding out people with approx. $50,000 bonds which equates to some fairly serious charges. These aren't people who failed to pay a speeding ticket.
