Unsuspecting pedestrian knocked out by out of control tire

Ouch that hurts!
I just ran across another one with some computerized commentary. He survived with fractures of the torso, skull, and face.

The comments say the tire knocked him out. Happened in Brazil. Looked like it should have killed him to me though.

Looking at the vid a couple times it almost looks like the tire came from the van that stopped somehow. It is the van going down the street left to right on the highway and the tire comes by from directly behind it. I'm assuming they saw it and turned back around on the frontage road to get the tire and saw the dude knocked out from it.
