Those artist's drawings are cool, but they clicked on the wrong color when they sketched out the water.

Someone told me coronavirus was never ending. New normal.

How could they build such a large entertainment venue for that amount of people grouped together?

That’s a big fricking hotel and an interesting concept. Hope it succeeds for them, I’m a fan of innovation and taking risks for success.

How are they going to keep that big arse video screen working in a marine environment when I can keep my boat trailer lights working?

Rooms with direct access to the concert venue..... so people going into the concerts will be screened, but people in the rooms above them will not.... Vegas ring a bell? Not a very smart design.

The Redneck Riviera gambling division gets stronger. That looks like it could hold televised music award shows?

Could use that large screen for sports too..leave room for a nice Sportsbook.

Miss gets what Louisiana doesn't. We're not just a few years behind, more like five years to a decade for all intent and purposes. At least their casinos have the proper scale for Sportsbooks, Concert Venues,Buffets, etc..

I heard there is another massive Casino, Entertainment venue in the works that is almost 2 billion they are working on in Biloxi too. This area is booming and I don’t see it slowing down. The lack of housing inventory over $500k is the problem though between Harrison and Jackson Counties there are less than 110 homes for sale over a half a million and demand is crazy

Spend $$$ on waterfront property for the views, only to block the views with a big arse video screen?
